We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom, Europe, and selected international destinations. Some products may only be available for specific countries. Please ensure that your shipping address is valid for delivery before completing your purchase.
2. Processing Time
- All orders process times vary due to the nature of our stockists handling, please be sure to check the given processing timeframe prior to checkout after inputing your delivery address. Items may be shipped seperately, please be sure to check this information in your basket. Ninsia Gifts has no control over the processing times.
- Since we use international dropshipping services, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order, depending on the supplier’s location and stock availability.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, if available.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We work with trusted international suppliers and couriers to fulfill your orders. The delivery times will vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (UK): Typically 5–7 business days.
- Express Shipping (UK): Typically 2–4 business days.
- Europe: Delivery can take between 7–14 business days.
- International (Outside Europe): Delivery can take between 10–30 business days, depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier.
Please note that the above delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, customs clearance, and holiday seasons.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping destination. We strive to offer competitive and transparent shipping rates. Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions or discounts, which will be reflected at checkout.
- For UK orders, standard shipping is often offered at a fixed rate.
- For international orders, shipping costs may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if available). This allows you to track the status of your order through the courier’s website. Please note that tracking may not be available for all international shipments, depending on the courier and shipping method.

In general, we cannot accept returns on items shipped directly from international suppliers unless they are faulty or damaged.
